Headstrong have a few simple
policies in place. Please take a look before you book.
At Headstrong Clinic, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a calm, professional, and welcoming environment. To help us provide the best possible service to every client,
we kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking.
These guidelines ensure fairness, maintain availability, and allow our team to operate efficiently while respecting your time and ours. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your session and retain your deposit to cover the missed time.
No Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend an appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows result in full loss of deposit and may incur a charge of up to 50% of the treatment fee for repeated occurrences. Future bookings may require full prepayment.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalised nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on treatments, services, or deposits. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns through follow-up sessions or treatment adjustments where appropriate.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit or a £50 cancellation fee. This allows us to reallocate your slot to another client.
